Please note that we will be as helpful as possible but it does take time to track down your order, both here and at our filling member. Please allow us adequate time to do so.

We reserve the right to look into the matter completely. We always attempt to resolve problems in a manner satisfactory to our customer, but need time to gather the necessary information. We wish to provide you with the background of the problem, should a problem occur.

Delivery confirmations are not the norm and cannot be provided until the next business day or the day after that. In the case of international orders it may be as long as 7 to 10 business days. The Charge for explicit confirmations of orders will be 5.00 US Dollars on North American orders and 10.00 US Dollars on International orders. These charges are inclusive of taxes. Please note that in most cases we will be notified of any delivery problem and in turn inform you of that should it happen. Therefore confirmations are normally not necessary.
